Select ‘AM’ - Morning by Midday or ‘PM’ - Afternoon Delivery by 6pm. ** All deliveries to schools will be delivered by 2:40pm and business' prior to individual business closure. Have a specific time request? give us a call or write it in the notes section in the check out page, we will do our best to accommodate the best we can. We take great care to deliver orders on time. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, access issues or circumstances beyond our control. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, restricted access, or no safe place to leave the order, redelivery fees may apply. We will make all effort to notify the receiver and sender if the flowers have been left safe, by the receivers home, to ensure the flowers are safe and at the correct address. Once an order has been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility passes to the recipient. For Events and Weddings, all deliveryies and setups are done with one or a team of florists, hand delivered florals and hired elements, price for this delivery and set up is individually quoted, based on amount of time needed at the venue, location of venue and travel time. We love being part of your celebrations, and make every efforts to ensure all items discuss and confirmed are executed to the highest level.

Returns + Exchanges

At Pepe’s Garden, our blooms are wild, seasonal and lovingly made, with the freshest florals. We proudly comply with Australian Consumer Law, which means you’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and repair or replacement if goods aren’t of acceptable quality.

As flowers and plants are living, perishable products, any concerns about quality or condition must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Where appropriate, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, assessed fairly and on a case-by-case basis. Photos will be requested so we can understand what’s gone wrong.

Refunds aren’t available for change of mind, incorrect details provided at checkout, description of product has not been understood correctly or where flowers haven’t been cared for as advised.

Custom designs, event florals and special orders are final sale unless faulty.

Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If something hasn’t arrived as planned due to our error, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Delays caused by events outside our control will always be handled with care and in line with Australian Consumer Law.
